Pricing Information

While www.kailashindia.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. www.kailashindia.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.kailashindia.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.  In the event that an item is mis-priced, www.kailashindia.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Cancellation by www.kailashindia.com

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.  We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. www.kailashindia.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.  The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.kailashindia.com and accept www.kailashindia.com ‘s decision regarding the cancellation.

Colour and Appearance

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The original colour of the products may differ 2 to 5%.

Out of Stock Products

www.kailashindia.com is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website.  However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage for ready to ship products, we will inform you within 2 working days of your purchase date and process a refund to your original payment account.  All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Return Policy

Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.  www.kailashindia.com will take 2 working days to review your return request. If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.  www.kailashindia.com will reimburse the courier charges, in your Pay www.kailashindia.com coupon redeemable on your next purchase.  After the product is received, www.kailashindia.com will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

Wrong product delivered.

Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered. product or packaging.

Incomplete order – missing products.

Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?

Opened/used/altered products Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Gift voucher Lost by Customer.

If you have lost the gift voucher after receiving from us and before redeem the same in our showrooms, we are not responsible for the lost vouchers, and the gift voucher amount shall not be refunded to you.

Debit/Credit Card or UPI Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the debit/credit card/UPI details provided by you for availing of services on www.kailashindia.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the debit/credit card/UPI which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid debit/credit card/UPI details to www.kailashindia.com .  Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by www.kailashindia.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.  www.kailashindia.com will not be liable for any online payment fraud.  The liability for use of a card/UPI fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

While checking your order, if they find some incorrect data, they will request for documents for verification purposes. Customers from the following countries must provide the manual authorisation (for even genuine orders) to process the order. Dispatch Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours after it has been placed.

Though we try our best to get your products delivered within 7  days, but in some remote locations it may take up to 12 days.
